We celebrated my Dad’s memory doing what he and my Mom loved to do… we went fishing. Happy Birthday, Dad. We miss you 💙.

50th Birthday Surprise with a trip to Essence Fest with my sis Deidre Lesesne and a TIME was had. I all knew was to pack options for parties 🫣🤣. As much as I love solving puzzles, I allowed myself to be surprised.

To be loved 🥰.

This past weekend, I officially earned my spot on Team Flex, and I do not take that lightly.

Yes. It’s that serious.

Powerlifting has given me a lot, but the most impactful thing I’ve gained is community in a new state. My day ones know the importance.

Team Flex & Six Killer Squad are uniquely special because community is at the foundation. People show up for each other because they genuinely want to see everyone get better.

Zeus At FlexGym and Amira 🧿🇱🇾🇵🇱 , you have built something rare. You cultivated a culture of shared ownership, pride, accountability, and anyone can feel it the second they enter the space.

To my Team Flex fam, thank you for showing up for me over and over again from stepping in to correct my form, helping with handoffs, or simply answering the same questions again and again without making me feel like a bother 🥹. Most importantly, thank you for being my brand of crazy 💪🏾.
