I'm excited to share that Emmett Hair Crew & Color Bar has officially created a team for the Su***de Awareness Walk taking place on October 3, 2026, at Kleiner Park in Meridian.

As a hairstylist, I have the privilege of connecting with people every day. Over the years, I've had clients sit in my chair and share their struggles, their losses, their mental health journeys, and sometimes even their darkest moments. Those conversations have shown me just how many people are affected by su***de and mental health challenges, often in ways we never see from the outside.

That's one of the reasons this cause means so much to me.

Su***de has touched far too many lives, including the lives of people in our own community. This walk is about honoring those we've lost, supporting those who are struggling, and helping break the stigma surrounding mental health.

I wanted to give everyone a little heads-up!
At the end of June, I will be making the switch from Ouidad to L'ANZA in the salon.

This wasn't an easy decision, but over the past several months I've had a harder and harder time getting Ouidad products consistently. Many of you have reached out looking for your favorites, and it's been frustrating for both of us when I haven't been able to get what you need.

My biggest priority is making sure my clients have access to products that are reliable, high-quality, and actually available when you need them. After a lot of research, education, and testing, I'm excited to bring L'ANZA into the salon! 🎉

If you're currently using Ouidad, don't worry—I will gladly help you find the best L'ANZA products for your hair and make the transition as easy as possible. ❤️

After what felt like the longest pregnancy ever, he's finally here and we are completely obsessed.

Between the baby snuggles, late-night feedings, and watching Aspyn become a big sister, our hearts are so full.

I just wanted to say thank you to all of my amazing clients for being so supportive throughout my pregnancy and maternity leave. So many of you have checked in on us, asked for updates, and celebrated this little guy right along with our family. It truly means the world to me.

Don't worry, Ryker won't be hanging out with me during appointments (although he'd probably make a pretty cute salon assistant 😉), but I couldn't pass up the chance to introduce him to all of you.
