Midlife women: we’re not starting over every Monday.
We’re continuing to build a life we want to feel strong in.
A weekend off track doesn’t erase your progress.
You don’t need to punish yourself or wait for a perfect week.
Just take the next intentional step.
✅Lift weights.
✅Add protein to your meals.
✅Take a walk.
✅Make time for sleep.
✅Protect your peace.
The older I get, the more I appreciate that caring for myself is a privilege, not a chore.
I get to invest in my strength, my health, and the woman I’m becoming.
This Monday, let’s trade “I have to start over” for “I get to keep going.”
What’s one intentional choice you’re making for yourself this week?
Ladies listen up, what if your biggest wins aren’t showing up on the scale?
A few of my clients recently came in for an InBody scan, which measures body composition, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, BMR( Basal Metabolic Rate) and visceral fat levels.
The InBody scan gives us additional benchmarks to measure progress—benchmarks that have nothing to do with the scale.
We celebrate progress pictures, measurements, lifting heavier, building muscle, feeling stronger, and dropping a dress size.
There’s so much more to the journey other than a scale number!
As a women’s health coach, I want you to recognize your progress without letting the scale dictate how you feel about yourself.
Your worth isn’t measured in pounds.
What’s one non-scale victory you’re proud of right now?
“Strong looks good on you. Feeling strong feels even better.”
Have you ever met a woman who started lifting weights, fueling her body, prioritizing sleep, and cutting back on alcohol who said…
“Wow, I really miss feeling exhausted and putting myself last.”
Yeah… neither have I.
For women 35+, taking care of yourself can mean so much more than changing how you look.
It’s feeling capable.
✅Walking into the gym with confidence.
✅Having more energy for the people and things you love.
✅Feeling proud when you do something you once thought you couldn’t.
You build that through the choices you keep making:
lift, eat enough protein, enjoy balanced meals, make time for rest, and show up again.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight.
Start with one promise to yourself—and build from there.
The changes in the mirror? Icing on the cake.
Feeling stronger and more confident in your life? That’s what we’re building.
Ready for a plan that fits your life?
Send me a DM with STRONG and let’s talk about coaching.
They’re already beautiful.
I want to help them feel it. ❤️
When a woman comes to me for coaching, she may want to lose weight, build muscle or feel better in her clothes—and I’m here to support those goals.
I also want her to discover how capable she is…..
-To walk into the gym with confidence.
-To fuel her body without feeling guilty.
-To put on the dress, get in the picture and feel good about herself.
-To make time for her health because she believes she’s worth that effort.
As women, we can spend years taking care of everyone else while putting ourselves last.
Seeing her take pride in herself is so special!
Watching a woman lift a weight she never thought she could, hearing her say she has more energy, seeing her feel proud of herself and excited about what comes next.
That’s the part of coaching I’ll never get tired of.
My goal for the women I coach is to help them feel strong, confident and comfortable in their own skin—at 35, 45, 55 and beyond.
You deserve to feel that way, too.
My 4-week challenge starts Monday, October 5.
Let’s start building that confidence together.

What if the progress you’re waiting for is only four weeks away—but it starts with one decision today?
Four weeks ago, this client made that decision.
She committed to her nutrition and workouts, followed her plan, and is already down 10 pounds.
So what changed?
Each week, we review her progress, work through what’s working, adjust her plan as needed, and make sure she has the support and accountability to keep moving forward.
More importantly, she’s built consistency, gained momentum, and created progress she can see in her photos.
And she’s only getting started!
Early weight loss can include fluid changes, and everyone’s results will look different.
But the biggest win is how consistently she’s shown up for herself every day—with guidance tailored to her goals and support that meets her where she is.
I couldn’t be more proud of how hard she’s working🙌🏻🙌🏻
My 4-week challenge kicks off on Monday, October 5th, and that could be your Day 1.
Only a few days left to join.

KEEP IT SIMPLE
I asked on Facebook and Instagram what you struggle with most when it comes to nutrition, and the answer was clear: meal prep.
So here’s my advice: keep it simple.
Stop saving hundreds of recipes you’ll probably never make.
Pick a few meals you love, that fit your life, and make them on repeat.
You can switch up the seasonings or sides when you want a change, but you don’t need a brand-new menu every week.
There’s research behind this, too: in one weight loss program, people who repeated meals and snacks more often tended to lose more weight.
That doesn’t mean eating the same thing causes weight loss. It does show that a simple routine can be a useful tool.
Start with two breakfasts, two lunches, and a few easy dinners.
Meal prep gets a lot less overwhelming when you already know what works for you.
What’s one meal you could happily eat on repeat?
Just look at all the smiles from Saturday! 💕
