This got me thinking...

So here's the question:

What does that say about what people have wanted all along?

And an even bigger question...

If consumer buying habits continue to shift—less snacking, smaller portions, fewer impulse purchases, and more focus on protein and nutrient-dense foods—how will the food industry respond?

Will we see healthier products become the norm?

Or will food manufacturers find new ways to engineer products that keep us buying and craving?

This isn't really a conversation about GLP-1s.

It's a conversation about human behavior, food economics, and whether one of America's largest industries is ready for a consumer who simply doesn't eat the way they used to.
