HAPPY WELLNESS WEDNESDAY!!!
I wasn’t planning to donate anything today.
I started organizing and somehow ended up with three boxes and a tote headed to the Salvation Army!
Today’s reminder: Wellness isn’t just physical, it’s mental too. Downsizing my closet to only what I truly wear (14 workout outfits and 14 lounge outfits) gave me something I didn’t expect… peace.
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is let go of what no longer serves you.
What are you holding onto that it’s time to release? 💙

Melasma teaches patience like nothing else.
Pigment takes time to fade.
Barriers take time to strengthen.
Confidence takes time to rebuild.
But every day you show up for your skin, you’re already winning.

Some days my Melasma feels louder.
On those days, I choose gentleness, no harsh products, no self‑critique, no spiraling.
Just rest, hydration, and compassion.
My skin deserves softness, especially when it struggles.

Progress isn’t always dramatic.
Sometimes it’s softer edges… fewer flare‑ups… a calmer complexion.
Healing is subtle, slow, and sacred.
Celebrate the small wins, they’re the real ones.

Heat triggers Melasma — so cooling is part of my healing.
Ice rollers, cool showers, fans during workouts, shade breaks…
It’s not dramatic, it’s protective.
Cooling my skin is an act of love.

Makeup doesn’t hide my Melasma, it partners with it.
I choose products that enhance my glow, not erase my story.
Skin tint, concealer, setting spray… but never shame.
My skin is still mine, even under makeup.

My AM routine is my reset:
• Gentle cleanse
• Hydrating serum
• Barrier support
• SPF (always)
It’s the ritual that sets the tone for my entire day, calm, intentional, protected.
