I DON’T NECESSARILY WANT TO LOOK “YOUNGER.”

Come with me as I walk through how to make a tea for a home remedy for kidney stones. I'm using Chamber Bitters, considered a troublesome w**d to most but very potent natural remedy for liver, kidney, and antioxidant support. Hibiscus is also a powerhouse in the herb world as well!

When my kids are sick, especially with some the g where they have a fever they don't really want to drink much. Well here's a little trick, especially works well for babies.
First of all, I don't reach for pedialyte because the ingredients are trash. But we do use Hydrated by Make Wellness. No yucky stuff and the flavor is great. -also contains glycine which is an amino acid that helps pull the water into the cells so they are nice, plump, and hydrated for optimal functioning!
Because if you don't know what even the tightest dehydration does then stay tuned I'll be making a post on that too.
TIP time:
If your child won't drink when sick, change the method you offer it to them. Droppers really work great especially for the little ones. But be creative! My older ones really like syringes to drink out of.
Make some popsicles, give them a measuring spoon to scoop themselves, little bitty cups like a shot glass are appealing too!
If one thing doesn't work, try something different.... I promise it'll work!
