Hey yall hey 👋
Running through with a little update for you!
I hope you’ve been well, we all know I’ve been busy!
Starting 1/1/27 I will be raising my prices on all services!
I am so grateful for my community and my ability to heal it the best way I know how!
I am so excited to continue to grow, expand, and explore all that the world of massage therapy has in store for me.
I am thankful for each and every one of you that joins me on that journey!
I am currently booked till 1/5/27 but that waitlist works! I have clients that exclusively use it and still manage to make their monthly massage!
Don’t forget self care is not selfish!

Such a fun weekend!
I can’t wait to show you what I learned!
I legit cried, and trembled when receiving it was so powerful!
I feel lighter, emotionally regulated, and excited to step into the next stage of this journey!
Just another way I can heal my community!

What’s better than throughly enjoying your CEU?
Getting your favorite meal!

Ohh and I tried takoyaki 🐙
Yummm
Gonna watch that Mr. Rogers movie and go to bed!
Somatics is amazing btw.
The things I picked up on not only on others while giving but also on myself while receiving is incredible.
Nail on head everytime.
It came fluidly and with immense curiosity!
I can’t wait to share it!

Never forget!
Twenty-five years after Sept. 11, 2001, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the first responders and service members who answered the call, and recognize the resilience of a nation forever changed by that day.
The legacy of 9/11 lives not only in remembrance, but in the generations of Americans who chose service, sacrifice and commitment to something greater than themselves.
Today, we honor the fallen, those who responded in our nation’s darkest hours, and the families whose lives were forever changed.
We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
I live by example. Yall pull out that foam roller and give it a whirl.
