Constitution Mom. I do home maintenance. What I have done: drywall, paint, base, trim, trim, screens, plumbing, eletrical, flooring, landscaping... and more.
I assist my husband with full remodels. I grew up around handymen and like construction.
Laying LVP (luxury vinyl plank) glue down.
What is the difference between a white collar and a blue collar? Blue collar washes their hands ✋️ BEFORE they p*e. Any comments are appreciated! 🤪
When one door is fixed another one breaks! Or however that goes 😆
what do you use to mix your texture?
Broken into pieces.

Replacing 3 planks. I forgot to show the patch and glue part. But it turned out great! My phone fell off in the middle of the video 😆

You never know what you are going to find under old flooring. With glue down vinyl, you have to have a smooth floor to start. A lot of work but worth it in the end.
In appartments it's not unusual to see cove base. What do you have?
Leak fixed. Now drywall, texture and paint.
