Okay, so the weekend! It's here. That doesn't mean you should head to beach with potato chips, candy bars & processed whatever in tow in the trunk of your car!
Instead, stop at the grocery store before you nestle into your weekend fun spot & get food from the OUTSIDE ISLES.
Fresh fruit, *tomatoes (especially great if you're going to be in the sun a lot), fresh veggies, fresh seafood, whole grain bread with a delicious spread, etc.... And fill that fridge.
It's a scientific fact; keep good food around & you'll eat good food!
