Martin Szamotulski has spent his career seeing who ages well and who doesn’t.

And he is 💯 right.

The list isn’t complicated:
- eat real food
- keep moving
- and don’t reach for a pill
BEFORE you’ve tried the basics. Like - actually tried consistently for several months.

None of that is new. Doing it for years, not weeks, is the part that’s key, which means you don’t wait for motivation or “the right time.” You start today and keep stacking the days.

If you need workouts laid out for you, comment APP and I’ll send you a link to my app where you can try a week for FREE.

There are LOTS of great programs out there. But it takes action from you to get the benefits.

Save this for the days you need the reminder. Share it with someone who needs to hear it from a paramedic instead of me.

Strength training tips for women over 40 navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Aging is happening whether you train or not.
Might as well be strong while it does.

Muscle is an organ. It’s not just for looking good.

You start losing it in your 30s if you’re not training against it. Perimenopause and menopause speed that up. Less muscle means worse balance, weaker bones, higher fall risk. And falls are how a lot of women end up in the hospital, or lose their independence, way earlier than they should.

More muscle = better metabolism, joints that hold up, and a body that can handle whatever comes: surgery, illness, or just getting older.

Build the reserve now. You’ll need it later.

When life’s slammed, quick doesn’t have to mean unhealthy. I grabbed frozen cubed sweet potatoes at Walmart — not as good as fresh, but when you’re short on time, they get the job done.

Something is better than nothing.

Here’s the whole “recipe”:
3 bags frozen cubed sweet potatoes
1.5 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Toss with olive oil, then the spices.

Bake at 420° for 15 min, toss, bake another 15.

Paired with a meat and veggie — that’s dinner.

Save this for your next busy week. What’s your go-to shortcut dinner?

Quick, healthy dinner ideas for busy midlife women who don’t have time to overthink meal prep.
