Hello, I’m Fiona Roberts, the founder of Healing Massage Retreat, and now, the proud owner of Lympha Spa and Massage. With over 14 years of experience in massage and having overcome ovarian and endometrial cancer since 2017, I am deeply committed to holistic health and the pursuit of well-being through mindful choices each day. Massage therapy is central to addressing our body’s physical needs and nurturing a healthy lifestyle. My life’s mission is to transform bodies and help individuals achieve their wellness goals. My expertise encompasses Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage and therapeutic massage, specializing in the latest Manual Drainage Methods from Brazil—a non-invasive, holistic approach supporting full-body detox. Alongside these specialties, I have a profound proficiency in therapeutic massage, employing techniques that promote overall well-being and address specific concerns. In my commitment to refining these skills, I’ve traveled the United States, immersing myself in the extensive study and sharing of knowledge about lymphatic drainage massage. I am thrilled to share the news of my certification with Josie Rushing in 2023, a distinguished celebrity massage therapist and the visionary founder of Brazilicious Beauty Spa. Eager to broaden my expertise, I eagerly anticipate continuing my education with Rebecca Faria, a highly regarded celebrity massage therapist and the innovative founder of Detox by Rebecca, in March 2024. This ongoing commitment to learning from the best ensures that I not only maintain but continually enhance my ability to provide exceptional services. Whether through the restorative benefits of therapeutic massage or the detoxifying power of lymphatic drainage, I am dedicated to delivering a comprehensive and unparalleled wellness experience for my clients. In addition, I am certified in Oncology Massage, offering a gentle touch for individuals managing cancer during and after treatment, anxiety, and in recovery or palliative care. Whether you or your loved ones are navigating the effects of cancer, chronic disease, or terminal illness, I am here to offer support through fully qualified and nurturing massage therapies. I express my heartfelt gratitude to God for everything in my life and for the incredible people He has placed on my journey. Thank you for being a part of it! Your continued support means the world to us, and we eagerly look forward to serving you at Lympha Spa and Massage.

What if you could learn more about your body before it had to get loud enough to get your attention?
That’s what we love about thermography. 🤍
Using non-invasive, radiation-free infrared imaging, thermography looks at heat patterns in the body and gives you another layer of information about what may be happening beneath the surface.
For some women, it’s about being more proactive with breast health. For others, it’s about establishing a baseline and tracking patterns or changes over time. And sometimes, it’s simply about wanting to understand your body better.
At Lympha, we believe information can be empowering especially when someone takes the time to help you understand what you’re seeing and what your next steps may be.
See more. Know more. Be proactive.
Curious if thermography might be right for you? Send us a DM. We’re always happy to answer your questions. 🤍
There are moments that divide your life into before and after.
For Fiona, finding out she had cancer was one of them.
And underneath everything else she was processing was a fear she kept coming back to: Am I dying? Am I going to have to leave my kids?
We’re sharing this during Breast Cancer Awareness Month because Fiona knows what it is to hear the word cancer and suddenly be faced with questions you never imagined having to ask.
That experience changed her. And it has shaped so much of the heart behind Lympha.
It’s why she has such a passion for walking alongside women facing cancer, surgery, recovery, and the uncertainty that can come with all of it. She knows what it feels like to be scared. To wonder what comes next. To need someone to really see you, listen to you, and care for the person underneath everything happening to your body.
For Fiona, this work is deeply personal.
So during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re sharing more of her story. Not because her ever cancer is the same, but because so many of the fears, questions, and emotions are ones she knows firsthand.
To every woman who has ever received news that made the whole world stop for a moment, we see you. 🤍
Do you actually know where your lymph nodes are… or what they normally feel like?
If the answer is no, you’re definitely not the only one. Most of us were never taught how to pay attention to our lymphatic system, let alone what feels normal in our own bodies.
And this isn’t about checking yourself constantly or trying to diagnose something. It’s about body awareness. Learning what your normal feels like when you’re healthy gives you a baseline, so you’re more likely to notice when something changes.
We talk so much about listening to our bodies, but sometimes we have to learn their language first. 🤍
If you’re curious about your lymphatic system or want help understanding what to pay attention to, send us a DM. We’re always happy to help you learn your body a little better.
Maybe “thermography near me” is a search worth making this month. 🎀
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and while we talk a lot about awareness this time of year, we believe awareness starts with knowing your own body.
Thermography is a non-invasive imaging tool that looks at heat patterns and physiological changes happening in the body. It can give you another layer of information, establish a baseline, and help you track changes over time, sometimes before you would ever feel that something has changed.
No radiation. No compression. No discomfort.
Thermography is another tool that can be used alongside your regular healthcare to help you become more informed and proactive about what’s happening in your body.
For Fiona, that mission is personal. As a cancer survivor herself, she knows just how much knowing your body, paying attention to changes, and advocating for your health matters.
This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, don’t let awareness stop at wearing pink.
Get to know your body. Ask questions. Pay attention. Be proactive.
If you’ve been searching for thermography near you, you’ve found us. 🤍 Send Lympha a DM to learn more or schedule your thermography appointment.
You’re drinking the water. You’re doing all the things. So why do you still feel puffy and swollen?
Because sometimes, it’s not about needing more water.
Water retention and lymphatic congestion can feel really similar, but they’re not necessarily the same thing. And when your body keeps feeling heavy, tight, or puffy despite everything you’re doing, it may be worth paying a little closer attention to what it’s trying to tell you.
That’s a big part of what we do at Lympha. We don’t just want you to feel better for an afternoon. We want to help you understand your body better, too. 🤍
If you’ve been saying, “Why am I STILL so swollen?” send us a DM. Let’s talk about what you’re noticing and whether lymphatic support might be a good next step.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀 And for us at Lympha, this conversation is personal.
As a cancer survivor, Fiona knows firsthand how important it is to pay attention to your body, ask questions, and feel empowered with information about your health.
That’s one reason we’re so passionate about thermography.
Thermography is a non-invasive tool that uses infrared imaging to identify and track heat patterns in the body. There’s no radiation, no compression, and no discomfort; just another way to gather information and monitor changes over time.
It’s not about fear. And it’s not about replacing the screenings or care recommended by your healthcare provider.
It’s about being proactive instead of reactive.
Because Breast Cancer Awareness Month can be about more than wearing pink. It can be a reminder to know your body, understand your options, and take an active role in your health. 🤍
Your body is always communicating. Sometimes, we just need another way to listen.

“Wait… you’re booked HOW far out?” 😳
Yep, we get that reaction sometimes. And we understand it.
Specialized lymphatic and post surgical care is a little different from booking a traditional massage. It takes specific training, and when you know you have a surgery coming up, planning ahead can make your recovery feel a whole lot less stressful.
That’s why we always encourage you to reach out before surgery when you can. We can talk through what your recovery may look like, answer questions, and help you think ahead instead of trying to figure everything out once you’re already home recovering.
And if surgery has already happened? Don’t panic. 🤍 We reserve priority booking for our post surgical clients because we know timing can matter.
Good care is worth planning for.
Surgery on your calendar? Send us a DM and let’s start the conversation before you need us.
Step in. Close the door. Let the warmth wrap around you. ❤️
There’s something about red light therapy that feels like permission to stop for a while.
No rushing. No doing. Just warmth, quiet, and time for your body to rest while red and near infrared light support cellular energy, circulation, muscle recovery, and healthy inflammation response.
It’s wellness that doesn’t ask you to work harder.
Just step in, settle down, and let your body receive a little care for a change.
Warmth. Rest. Support.
Sometimes taking care of yourself really can feel this good. ✨
