So thankful for my lovely clients 🤍

So excited to welcome my lovely patients to the new office!!! ❤️✨🌻

👋 Hi! I’m Christen.

I’ve been helping people feel more relaxed, decreasing pain and improving function since 2009. 💆🏻‍♀️

My approach combines therapeutic massage with deep relaxation because I truly believe the body heals and regulates itself when it feels safe and has a chance to chill and come out of fight or flight mode 🦋

Every massage is individual and based on what’s happening with you right now, incorporating things like:

✨ Hot Stones
✨ Medicupping
✨ Magnesium Oil
✨ Trigger Point Therapy

I also offer prenatal massage and have definitely seen the benefits of massage in pregnancy. 🪷

After 3 years in private practice, I’m so excited to welcome clients into my new Clearwater space. ☀️

If you’re looking for a massage that’s both effective and deeply relaxing, you’re in the right place. 🍀

I’m glad you’re here. 💛

“I’m never going to quit doing this, I’m addicted now”

That’s a paraphrased quote from a client I had the other day.

Addicted to aiding the healing process, helping the body do its job and feeling amazing naturally?

Yes, please.
