sooooo apparently there is a favorite this year 😅

y’all have been ALL OVER cardamom milk since the fall collection launched and honestly? correct. i am very happy. no complaints here because it’s so stinkin’ good. every time i pack something up, i take a big ol’ whiff + i get excited for YOU to take a big ol’ whiff lol

i thought smoked rhubarb was going to be the sleeper hit but surprise!! cardamom milk is over here stealing the show (as it should)!

warm cardamom, vanilla cream, milk foam (stop what you’re thinking about the scent of milk + trust me!), praline, nutmeg + musk — creamy + cozy + a lil spicy + sweet without being SUGAR COOKIE BUTTERCREAM EXPLOSION™

could it be possible that moonlit bonfire will be bumped from its reign?! idk. only time will tell lol

a brief interruption from all the new fall smells to remind you that milk soap exists over here too :)

creamy, bubbly, smells real good + makes the extremely mundane task of washing your body approximately 87% more delightful.

this one is bergamot + tarragon (which is newwwww btw!)! fresh, green, herbal + a lil’ citrusy without smelling like you cleaned your shower with it 😂

anyway that’s it. that’s the soap post. please admire her!!!

also, these adorable little soap savers are a perfect companion to your bar soaps so they don’t get all gunky + mooshy (petition to add both of those to autocorrect on phones, please). plus you can just toss them in the wash every now + then so they stay nice + fresh!

not much makes my heart happier than hearing where homebody ends up 🥹

it has come to my attention during these last few markets that there are people out there who don’t know what wax melts are, which is frankly VERY exciting for me because HOORAY I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU!

they’re basically candles without the commitment. no wick. no flame. no remembering whether you blew the candle out before you left the house + then convincing yourself you definitely burned the building down while you’re 20 minutes away.

you just pop a lil wax cube into a warmer, turn that bad boy on 👉 good smells 😘🤌

when it stops smelling? pop it out + pick another one. want your bedroom to smell different than your living room? go absolutely buck wild. mix two scents together? hell yeah. livin’ life to the fullest!

anyway. wax melts!!! tiny cubes of good smells!!! very cute!!! very easy!!! somehow i have been selling these forever + am just now realizing i should probably explain what the hell they are 😂

this is my first time doing a market in Kentucky + i am VERY EXCITED to meet a whole new group of cute faces who may or may not leave smelling like 14 different perfumes 🥰

i’ll be at Mellwood Arts Center saturday, august 1 from 10–5 with candles, perfume, deodorant, body stuff + basically as much Homebody as we can physically cram into the car (got a sick roof rack for this trip though 💪)!

ALSO — we’re making a little trip out of it because obviously! so Louisville… WHERE DO WE GO?! so far we have Pizza Lupo, Yummy Pollo, Holy Grale, Red Hog + Louie’s… but we need MORE!! gimme your favorite coffee, weird shops, vintage, bookstores, cool neighborhoods, places we absolutely cannot leave without seeing, etc etc. gimme me the good s**t. i trust y’all more than google 😂
