Let someone go first in traffic, at the little walk way...Getting into a building, wave 👋 someone ahead of you once this week. No horn, no rush.

Easy way to practice kindness this week...no money or no big effort needed.....

Pick 1 friend who's been quiet lately. Send "you good? Been thinking about you.....Don't ask for gist. Just let them know you notice they're MIA....

Defend in their absence.....if people start gossiping about someone who's not there, say "Ah, make we leave am" or change topic. That's kindness to the person who can't Defend themselves.

Choosing to be good to people, even when you don't have to....is kindness. It's not just being nice? Nice can be fake. Kindness is real action.
Noticing when someone is struggling, sad 😔, or needs helps. Even the gateman or that quite person at work....
Feeling something when others is hurt. Not "not " my business.
Small or big....hold the door, share your food, defend someone, listen without judging. You act on it.....
Kindness is not weakness, not for pay back, not just to friends. You can be kind and still have boundaries. Kind people say....no too. U don't do it to get like, favour, or God bless you. You do it because it's right ✅ .....checking on ur friend who went quiet....kindness...
Kindness is all about treating people like they matter. Because they do. And funny thing....being kind usually makes you feel better too 😊.

Attitude is how you treat people who can't benefit you. And you can easily judge the character of a person by how they treat those who can do nothing for them...
Your real Attitude shows up when there's no benefit for you. With your boss....your polite because you want a promotion. That's not true Attitude, that's strategy. With the gateman, cleaner, keke driver.....they can't give you money, job or favour. How u treat them shows your actual character. Advice when teaching kids respect.....Remember, Attitude is how you treat people who can't benefit you. Talking to everybody the same. That's shows real Attitude and true character is being decent when you get nothing back. Treating people equal that's humanity and respect 🙏 not status.....one love .
