"I can’t always control whether pressure arises," she said, "but I can decide how much space I give it. The more consciously I remind myself of that, the more I realise that pressure does not control me. I decide how I deal with it."

There is NO WAY we can replicate the once-in-a -lifetime experience that we had in Portugal last year so... we are dreaming & scheming to make it even better this year. It will be smaller, more intimate, more customized to your needs as an athlete, a rider, and as a human.

The retreat was sold out but two last minute spots have opened up for October 24-31. (If you can call three months out last minute!)
You might know I am on a mission to make the very most out of my one wild and precious life, no matter what the world throws my way. And that the mission of Cadence Coaching is to help as many other people as we can do the same. That's what Cadence Coaching retreats are all about.

Congratulations to Laura De Cesari and VP Ice Man on their performance in the CDIYH FEI Preliminary Test for 5YO. Earning a personal best score of 86.600%, this dream team took the top honors! 🥇🌟

Huge Congrats to Cadence Coaching client and newly minted third level slayer, Angela Marie and her trainer, Lauren Chumley!

Angela put it so well: "Before this year, I believed that there was no room for nervousness or fear. They were feelings to be shoved down or invalidated. Now, I see them as proof that my nervous system is doing its job to try and protect me. But, that doesn’t mean that it has to stop me from doing what I love."

I love my job!

Congrats Jen & Joppe!!
