We are excited to welcome our new salon coordinator, Tierra.

With seven years of customer service experience, including previous salon coordinator experience, Tierra brings a warm, welcoming presence and a genuine love for connecting with people to Ashby Rose Hair.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies, Tierra has always been drawn to communication, creativity, and building meaningful relationships. Her naturally friendly personality paired with her attention to detail makes her a perfect fit for creating the thoughtful, personalized experience we want every guest to feel when they walk through our doors.

As Salon Coordinator, Tierra is often one of the first smiles you’ll see when you arrive and one of the people helping make everything behind the scenes feel effortless. From coordinating appointments and assisting guests to supporting our stylists throughout the day, she takes pride in making sure each person feels welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

Tierra also brings her creative side to our social media, helping capture the beautiful work happening throughout the salon, special moments with our team, and a little of the personality behind Ashby Rose Hair.

What Tierra loves most about her role is getting to know our guests. She believes the smallest details can make the biggest difference, whether it’s remembering a conversation from your last visit, helping find the perfect appointment time, or simply making sure you feel at home while you’re here.

Outside of the salon, Tierra enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and finding creative ways to express herself. Her warm personality and love for people carry into everything she does.

For Tierra, great hospitality comes down to something simple: making people feel seen, welcomed, and valued. She looks forward to getting to know each of our guests and being part of what makes every visit to Ashby Rose Hair feel special.

Her love for the beauty industry began at an early age, growing up around the salon and seeing first hand how the right experience can completely transform the way someone looks and feels.

Yenne has a natural love for customized color, dimensional blonding, curly and textured hair, and beautiful transformations. She takes a personalized approach with every guest, creating looks that complement their individual style, features, and lifestyle.

More than anything, Yenne loves connecting with people and making every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in her chair.

She’ll be joining us as a Level 1 Stylist, and we cannot wait for you to meet her.
