The 2026 South Carolina Summit brought CREW members from across the state together in Charleston for a day of connection, conversation, and a closer look at the transportation infrastructure shaping South Carolina’s continued growth. 🚙✈️

We heard from SCDOT on the state’s transportation network and the infrastructure initiatives helping South Carolina navigate growth, followed by representatives from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, Columbia Metropolitan Airport, and the Charleston International Airport who shared insight into the growth of air service and the important role our airports play in connecting communities and driving economic development.

And we took the conversation from the classroom to the construction site with an inside look at Union Pier, getting a firsthand perspective on one of Charleston’s most significant waterfront redevelopment projects. 🏗️🌊

We’re excited to launch our first-ever CREW Charleston Mentorship Program—a new opportunity to connect members through meaningful relationships that support career growth, leadership development, professional confidence, and personal success.

Whether you’re an experienced professional looking to share your knowledge and perspective, or a member looking for guidance and support as you grow your career, we’d love to have you participate.

The 12-month program will provide opportunities for mentors and mentees to build meaningful connections, set professional goals, develop leadership skills, expand their networks, and learn from one another along the way.
