Even in a mini van! We just RESTOCKED the Homestead Store in Port Charlotte, and we sent over some seriously amazing produce! 🙌

We work hard to bring you local, pesticide-free, and organic options whenever available, and this restock has some really fun things to try!

🥑 Local Donnie Avocados — Please be patient with these! Let them get a little squishy before cutting into them. Texture is more important than color when checking ripeness.

🍂 Local Mamey — This is that unique fruit that reminds us of pumpkin spice! Let it get soft and slightly squishy before eating.

🥭 The LAST of the Local Mangoes — Don’t judge these by color! Give them a gentle squeeze. When they have a little give, they’re ready to enjoy.

🩷 Local Pink Guava — Super sweet! Let them develop a little color and wait until they become very fragrant. That amazing smell is a great sign they’re ripening.

🍅 Jersey Tomatoes — These are AMAZING! Deep, beautiful red inside and full of flavor. Give them a couple of days on the counter to finish ripening.
