It’s taken me a few days, but I ALWAYS make good on my bets.

Tony Drake - Weight loss & Fat Loss Coach and I bet pushups on the Los Angeles Rams Denver Broncos game last weekend. So here you go buddy!

Now, let’s hope we get our SB!

The Patch Series Tee is officially here. ⚔️

Built with a little Norse blood and a whole lot of old-school biker attitude.

The PR patch stands for what we’re all chasing — Personal Records. More weight. More reps. More progress.

No shortcuts. No excuses.
Just keep stacking PRs.

We’ve selected every piece of equipment for a reason.

And the main reason we picked up a couple Rogue Monster Westside Bench’s is for their versatility. In this instance, the Reverse Band Bench.

If your sticking point on your bench press is the lockout, Reverse Band Bench allows you to overload your lockout with the bands helping reduce the weight out of the hole and progressively overload as you get closer to lockout. This has a similar effect as using a Sling Shot.

Here, we use elitefts mini bands. Simply because they are the best!

Next time you’re in, we are more than happy to help show you how to set up this movement.

THE PATCH SERIES

Built a little different.
Heavy attitude. Old-school motorcycle patch inspiration. Nine Realms through and through.

Look close and you’ll catch one of our favorite details — the traditional “MC” has been replaced with “PR.”

Because this isn’t a Motorcycle Club.

Around here, we chase Personal Records. More weight. More reps. A faster time. Another milestone. Whatever YOUR next PR looks like.

Our newest Nine Realms Athletics design drops with limited quantities FIRST at our X Fest 2026 booth!

Come see us. Grab yours. Catch one hell of a show.

WELCOME TO THE PATCH SERIES.

Finishing off this round of heavy’s with a little mini team lift. Scott Pope , Yesenia Contreras and I on the EARLY morning crew today.

Yesi hit some new big ass numbers she didn’t expect. Was great to see.

It’s always fun battling with guys like Scott Pope . I absolutely LOVE to lift and train with people who lift more than me. It’s motivating as all hell to push to be better than I was the day before. On and off the platform. Don’t compare what you do to others. Focus on self betterment, always.

Following this cycles trend of extra reps, what was supposed to be 570x1 ended up as a 570x2, a new PR DOUBLE! Deload next week and a little bit of deadlift fun to come!
