In 14 years, no one has come closer to being a clone of me. I could hand her Spruce for three months and know it would run exactly how I run it: every i dotted, every t crossed.

Working at Spruce means being a thinker, not just a doer. You have to strategize, plan, and problem-solve, because we’re always improving our systems, protocols, products, and how we serve you. And you have to pivot quickly, a skill few people have. My brain never shuts off, and Spruce will always grow and improve daily. Allyson has it dialed in. Spruce has evolved so much, especially in the last year, and she rolls with every change like she’s been doing this for 20 years. And if something isn’t working, she finds out why, and she fixes it.

Before she ever worked here, Allyson was our patient for six years. She knows the other side, and now she gives that same care to every one of you.

Outside Spruce, she’s a mom and a grandmother, and like me, she’ll answer a patient’s call on a Saturday evening.
