I’m not a coach. I’m a woman rebuilding her life out loud. Welcome to my Delusional AF Life. ✨
I wrote about it— Now I’m teaching what I’ve lived and lived through: confidence, healing, reinvention & becoming HER.
CONFESSION ONE — THE MAN I SHOULD HAVE LEFT ALONE
You ever meet a man and immediately know:
“This is probably a terrible idea.”
…and then proceed anyway? 😭👀
She knew better.
She felt the warning.
She had every opportunity to walk away.
But chemistry has a funny way of making grown women temporarily forget all the lessons they worked so hard to learn.
And Malik?
Malik was about to become a lesson of his own.
Would you have walked away… or would you have needed to find out too? 😏
🔥Confessions of a Grown Woman
Book One

Welcome to The Green Light Method 🩷
The energy is:
I noticed you. I’m open. Now the rest is up to you.
No chasing.
No exaggerated seduction.
No performing for male attention.
Remember you are always the prize, the birthday, the main character and the leading lady— so act accordingly.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to give you hope and a future.”
—Jeremiah 29:11
I couldn’t see what God was doing.
I only knew He was holding my hand while I became the woman He already knew I would be.
I really thought I’d have it all figured out by 54… but life had other plans. So instead of fighting I’m leaning in and I’m finally believing in myself because one thing that I know I may be starting over but this time I’m starting with so much knowledge and experience and the beliefs that God has a bigger plan for me. So here I am…
Girl… life has been doing the absolute MOST. 😩😂
But look at us—still here, still cute, still laughing, and still becoming stronger. We may not have everything figured out, but we are not the same women who entered the storm.
Whatever you’re going through, don’t forget who you are. Life may test you, stretch you, and occasionally get on your last damn nerve—but it does not get to take you away from yourself. 🩷
Tag a woman who needs this reminder today.
Sometimes we keep calling it “missing them” when what we’re really grieving is ourselves.
The woman who laughed more.
The woman who dreamed bigger.
The woman who felt beautiful.
The woman who existed before everything got so damn heavy.
And maybe the goal isn’t to get them back.
Maybe it’s time to go get HER. 🩷
RebuildingYourLife
Some chapters end because you’re supposed to become somebody new.
I kept thinking rebuilding meant getting back to the woman I used to be.
It doesn’t.
It means meeting the woman I’m becoming.
A little softer.
A little wiser.
A little more protective of my peace.
A little less willing to abandon myself just to keep something familiar.
So no, I’m not going back.
I’m building forward. 🩷
Nobody warned me that becoming the woman I prayed to be would require grieving the woman I used to be.
Some things I begged to keep had to leave.
Some versions of me had to die.
Some relationships couldn’t come with me.
And for a while, that didn’t feel like growth.
It felt like loss.
Until one day I realized…
I wasn’t losing my life.
I was making room for it. 🩷
If you’re somewhere between who you were and who you’re becoming, My Sista, keep going.
You keep waiting to feel ready.
Baby… ready ain’t coming. 😂
Sometimes confidence doesn’t come before the decision.
Sometimes you make the decision scared, confused, underprepared and questioning your whole damn life…
…and confidence catches up with you later.
I’ve learned that rebuilding your life isn’t about finally becoming fearless.
It’s about saying:
“F**k it. I’m going anyway.” 🩷
What have YOU been waiting to feel “ready” for?
👇🏾 Tell me. I wanna know.
I spent enough years just trying to make it through.
Making it through heartbreak. Making it through disappointment. Making it through s**t I never thought would be my story.
And somewhere along the way I realized… surviving cannot be the rest of my life.
I want to laugh too loud.
Love again.
Travel.
Create.
Meet new people.
Do ridiculous s**t just because I can. 😂
And find out who the hell I am when I’m not fighting to get through something.
I survived that chapter.
Now I want my damn LIFE. 🩷
If you’re somewhere between “I made it through” and “now what?”… you’re my kind of woman.
What’s one thing you want to LIVE enough to finally do? 👇🏾
One hard day does NOT erase all the work you’ve done. 🩷
Healing will have you thinking you’re back at square one just because today hurt.
You’re not.
You had a hard day.
You got triggered.
You cried.
You questioned yourself.
Maybe you even fell back into an old thought or an old feeling.
That doesn’t erase your progress.
Healing isn’t proven by never struggling again.
It’s proven by how differently you find your way back to yourself.
Keep going, My Sista.
