Columbus Day Weekend at Sauna by the Sea 🌊🔥

We’ll be at Fortunes Rocks Beach in Biddeford Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 7am–7pm.

🔥 New sauna session every 90 minutes, starting at 7am
🌊 75 minutes of sauna + ocean plunge — $30/person

Come warm up, sweat it out, and take a cold plunge in the Atlantic.

Grateful to be part of the Maine Marathon again this year! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It’s always a fun event, but there’s something pretty inspiring about being surrounded by so many athletes who put it all on the line and give it their all to go the distance.

It was especially great hearing from so many runners about how much the sauna helped them recover after the race, loosen back up, and feel a little more like themselves again. 🔥

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, sweated it out, and shared a few minutes with us.

A lot of people reach out asking “Where exactly are you at Fortunes Rocks, and where should I park?” — so we made a little map to help! 📍

One thing that can be confusing: GPS often takes you to Middle Beach, which is the same stretch of coastline, but it’s farther north from where we operate.

We’re at Fortunes Rocks Beach, and there are parking spaces right along the side of the road that runs alongside the beach. Once you’re parked, it’s just a short walk down to us. 🌊🔥

Hopefully this map makes finding us a little easier next time you come sweat it out by the sea!

We’ll be in Portland for the Maine Marathon this weekend, but don’t worry — we’ll be back at Fortunes Rocks Saturday–Monday for Columbus Day Weekend.

Today was one of those days where safety had to come first.

While we don’t usually let a little bad weather get us down, the combination of high winds and extremely rough surf this morning made conditions unsafe for our guests and not the sauna experience we want to provide.

After arriving and assessing the conditions while setting up, we made the tough decision to cancel today’s appointments and shut down operations for the day.

To everyone who had booked and was looking forward to sweating it out at the beach today — I’m sorry. We’ll be reaching out to reschedule your session or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Tonight, we welcomed the autumnal equinox with good people, heat, cold water, and a reminder to slow down and reset.
