Let me tell you what free grooming actually does for somebody.

It is not just a haircut. When you have been sleeping in a shelter, when you are trying to get back on your feet, when the world has not been treating you right — walking out of that chair with a clean cut changes how you carry yourself. It changes how you walk into that next interview. It reminds you that you matter.

Since March of this year, our Bootcamp students and barbers have delivered over 500 free grooming services across Baltimore. Group homes. Shelters. Community events. 500 lives touched. That has never happened in our 25 years.

The goal is 2,000 this year. Three days from now on August 7th, CLLCTIVGive runs all day and every dollar you give goes directly to making that happen — funding free events, Bootcamp scholarships, and equipment for our apprentice barbers.

Our Conscious Heads Barbering Bootcamp is accepting students for the next cohort. Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, we've got the hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience you need.

💰 Cost: $1,200 for 6 months (scholarships & payment plans available)
⏰ Schedule: 2 hours/week for 24 weeks

✂️ Fades, tapers, shape-ups & beard work
✂️ Professional standards & community service
✂️ History & leadership in Black barbering
