Mr. Joseph N. Boakai was boo by Liberians at the failed Diaspora Dinner.
Liberians were there to protest against bad governance.

WE MUST AT ALL TIMES EXPOSE THE DECEPTION OF THE BOAKAI-KOUNG REGIME.

In the video, the President is heard saying:

"I always say, a Brilliant Lawyer knows the Law, a Good Lawyer knows the Judge."

This is not a joke. This is a confession of a mindset. Let me break it down for those of u who have the time to read.

ANALYSIS: THE DANGER OF THE "KNOW THE JUDGE" DOCTRINE TO OUR DEMOCRACY

1. What does that statement mean?*
A brilliant lawyer knows the law - meaning he studies, argues with facts and the constitution.
A good lawyer knows the Judge - meaning he doesn't need the law, he only needs personal connection, friendship, bribe, or influence with the Judge to win a case.

The President is literally telling us that he believes success in court comes not from JUSTICE, but from CONNECTION.

2. Why is this proof of a corrupt system?
When the Head of State himself glorifies "knowing the Judge" instead of "knowing the Law"

- It kills the Rule of Law. Why should a common man trust the court when the President himself says justice is for sale to those who know the judge?
- It encourages Judges to be corrupt. If the President praises lawyers who "know" judges, judges will feel protected to take bribes and favors.
- It destroys Democracy. Democracy rests on three pillars: Executive, Legislature, and an INDEPENDENT Judiciary. If the Executive boasts about influencing the Judiciary, then the Judiciary is not independent. We have a dictatorship.

3. The Connection to What We Are Seeing:
This explains everything we are complaining about today:

- Why the $19.5M and $357M co***ne cases are not prosecuted? Because the "good lawyers" know the judge.
- Why those who killed people in Kinjor are walking free? Because the "good lawyers" know the judge.
- Why Jewel Howard-Taylor and opposition figures are harassed? Because the system is not about law, it's about who you know.
- Why Emmanuel Gilman and Anwar Futloo allegedly died? Because when you know the judge, you can bury any evidence.

4. The Old Man's Way vs. The Legal Way
A leader who believes in democracy says: "Let the law take its course."
A leader who believes in corruption says: "I know how to get the judge to do what I want.

In less than 4years, this government has shown us they prefer the second way. The unlawful, illegal, and corrupt way to get things done, instead of using the legal process. This is why they increase gas price after raising billions, quarantine Privit Bar and leave other co***ne sites open, and jail the poor but free the big thieves.

Mr. President, Liberia is not your family farm where you call the Town Chief to settle a case for your son. Liberia is a Republic of Laws, not a Republic of Connections.

If the President does not know the law, he cannot protect the Constitution he swore to defend.

We demand a retraction and an apology to the Judiciary, provided if they will see it from an objective standpoint and the Liberian people.

LIBERIANS IN THE DIASPORA STORM UNGA HEADQUARTERS IN NEW YORK TO PROTEST AGAINST BOAKAI'S BAD GOVERNANCE

Concerned Liberians in the United States of America today, September 24, 2026, staged a massive peaceful protest at the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, against the growing human rights abuses, injustice, and bad governance under President Joseph Nyuma Boakai.

As seen in the video, Liberians holding the Liberian flag chanted *"President Boakai, Stop The Injustice"and "Stop Brutality, Protect Human Dignity."

The protesters presented the following counts against the Boakai Administration:

1. POLITICAL PERSECUTION OF FORMER VICE PRESIDENT JEWEL HOWARD-TAYLOR:

We condemn the illegal detention, intimidation, and political harassment of former Vice President Madam Jewel Howard-Taylor. This is selective justice and a witch-hunt against opposition figures.

2. JUSTICE FOR KINJOR MASSACRE:

We demand justice for our brothers and sisters who were massacred in Kinjor, Grand Cape Mount County. Up to now, no one has been held accountable for the murder of innocent Liberians who were only demanding their rights.

3. POLICE BRUTALITY AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES:

Under Boakai, the Liberia National Police has become a weapon against the people. Arbitrary arrests, flogging, and brutality against peaceful citizens have increased.

4. THE $19.2M AND $357M CO***NE SAGA - GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS INVOLVED:

We are calling on the international community to investigate the alleged involvement of higher government officials in the $19.2 Million and $357 Million co***ne sagas. How can the government quarantine Privit Bar but leave the homes of key suspects free?

5. PRESIDENT BOAKAI'S RELUCTANCE TO PROSECUTE:

The President dismissed officials for their alleged links to the co***ne trade but has refused to prosecute them. Dismissal without prosecution is a cover-up. We demand prosecution, not protection.

6. SELECTIVE JUSTICE AND INCREASE IN SEXUAL VIOLENCE:

Liberia is now experiencing selective justice - justice for the ruling party, jail for the opposition. We are also alarmed by the reported increase in cases of r**e and so**my allegedly involving government officials and supporters, with no justice for victims.

OUR CALL TO THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY:

We call on the United Nations, the United States Government, ECOWAS, and all human rights organizations to prevail on President Boakai to:

- Stop the Injustice!
- Respect Human Dignity!
- End Police Brutality!
- Prosecute the drug cartels, no matter who is involved!
-Turn his son, Tantan who is involved in the co***ne trade in Liberia over.
-Organized an independent investigation into the co***ne saga.
-Suspend the police IG, Gregory Coleman and turn him over for investigation.

What Liberians displayed today in New York is the true feeling of Liberians at home who do not have the voice to speak because they are afraid of being killed, jailed, or brutalized.
