SALON UPDATE
What you need to know:
We are switching our booking software to GlossGenius. It’s a big step for the salon and we are here to make the transition smooth for you (and us!).
We have transferred existing appointments over to the new software and are manually going through with a fine-toothed comb to ensure your appointments are good to go! You may be getting additional alerts for your current appointments as we finalize the move.
⭐️⭐️⭐️Due to security reasons, we will need to
re-enter your credit card information into our system for your card on file. Please be sure to bring your card to your appointment and allow for extra time for us to put in your payment information.⭐️⭐️⭐️
You will be getting automatic reminders from a new phone number through GlossGenius, but our 512 phone number you normally call/text us at will remain the same. Be sure to contact us at that number if you need to adjust any appointments - we do not see responses to automated texts/emails!
Thank you for your patience as we make this transition. While we’re working to ensure this transfer is smooth, we are sure there will be some hiccups along the way. Please don’t hesitate to call/text if you have any questions!
