hit follow and comment CAPSULE and i’ll send you all 5 prompts i used!
i sent chatgpt 4 photos of myself with no makeup on and it gave me back ten pages. my color season, a fall capsule built around video calls and daycare and getting dinner out, a makeup guide with real shade names, and a hair page that showed me 8 versions of my own head.
the makeup one got me the most. a 7 step routine that takes under 10 minutes, which is the only kind i am ever actually going to do lol.
take these 4 photos first: face straight on, face with your hair pulled back, full body front, full body side. no makeup, in whatever you already have on, bc it reads exactly what you give it.
this one was fun. most of what i use it for is not, it’s dinner and the school inbox and the calendar.

hit follow and comment ORZO and I’ll send you the full recipe, plus my 28 one pan back to school dinners and the dinner operating system i use!
this is the one pan burrata chicken orzo bake i make on a school night as a working mom of two with a 9-5, and funny enough I was at a cheese tasting class recently and we all had to go around and say our favorite cheese and mine was FOR SURE burrata! i could literally eat it every day, plus yall know i LOVE me a one pan dish, so then this one was born!!
the short version: uncooked orzo, chicken broth, marinara, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper all go into one baking dish, you stir it once, cover it tightly with foil and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. then you stir in rotisserie chicken, put the whole ball of burrata right on top and bake it uncovered another 5-10 minutes until it is soft and melty and the orzo is creamy, and I finish mine with balsamic glaze and torn fresh basil.
the orzo cooks right in the sauce so there is no boiling, no draining and no second pot to wash, and my kids actually ate it, which is honestly the most shocking part of the whole thing.
the full printable recipe with all the exact amounts is in the dm, so hit follow and comment ORZO and I’ll send it right over along with the 28 one pan back to school dinners and the dinner operating system,

every single time i asked claude for help with dinner or the school calendar, i had to remind it i'd already written all of this down. every time. it was starting from nothing.
turns out claude has a limit on how much it holds onto, so all the work of adding things to my project files, the whole point of which was to make the answers better, just wasn't getting pulled anymore.
so i built what i'm calling a conductor, its only job is to say which file to open for which kind of question. dinner question, it opens the recipe file and the calendar file. writing question, it opens something else entirely. it decides what gets read before anything even starts.
wrote out exactly how i built it, the two rules that decide whether it actually works, and the one filename mistake that broke mine for weeks without ever telling me 🤍
i have 9 files in my claude project and it still wouldn't grab the right one so i built a conductor skill, and here is the free version that does the same job

18 hours is what q4 actually takes. comment HOLIDAY and i’ll send you the whole plan.
i’m a working mom of two w a full time 9-5, and last year the mental load of october through january trulyyyy took me out. so this year i sat down and added it up. halloween is 85 minutes of planning, thanksgiving is 3.6 hours, december is 13.2. none of it is scheduled and nobody thanks you for any of it !!
my husband owns the costume runs, the thanksgiving shopping and the christmas gifts for his whole side, he does a LOT. what was still landing on me was the remembering that any of it was coming 😬
and a survey found 39% of moms think they’re more likely to win the lottery than have someone else take the lead on holiday prep. which is the funniest and also saddest thing i have read all year lol
so i built around it instead...
📋 the coverage plan. every weekday school is closed between now and january, and who has your kid on each one. camps fill up in october, you just don’t find out until december.
✨ the conflict scanner. you paste your school calendar and your work calendar into claude and it finds every concert, party and early release happening while you’re at work.
🤍 the partner brief. one page you forward, five whole jobs he owns start to finish, 7 to 9 hours off your plate. lil awkward to send tbh, send it anyway!
and honestly my favorite part isn’t the pages, it’s that i’m not doing the 9pm scramble in front of my kids anymore. they get a mom who already knows what saturday looks like 🤍
comment HOLIDAY and i’ll send you the whole thing, all 38 pages of it, halloween through the january reset. free, no catch!

hit follow and comment SYSTEMS and i’ll send you more of the ones running in the background of my week, none of them are in this post.
i’m a working mom of two with a full time 9-5 and my mental load got so heavy after my second that i had to put actual systems in place just to make working mom life doable.
so these are the 10 things i’d set up before day one if i had to go back tomorrow. a couple of them are pump specific so just skip those if you’re formula feeding, the rest still applies!
going back to work after maternity leave, end of maternity leave, first week back at work, working mom of two, pumping at work, pump act, dependent care fsa, exclusively pumping, daycare drop off, working mom systems, 9 to 5 mom, return to work plan, daycare logistics, mom mental load, corporate working mom, ivf mom, working mom hacks

comment OFFLOAD and i’ll send you the school email automation free, it’s the one that puts every date from every school email on your calendar without you reading it.
hey, i’m erin. working mom of two with a full time 9-5 i’ve been in for 14 years, and this school calendar was built in 1953 for a house with a parent home at 3pm. i still have to work at 3pm !!
so i built the mental load offload instead of quitting. 7 steps, on your phone, and here is what each one does:
1. the audit · your real number, 20 minutes tonight
2. the division map · what’s on your plate, what moves to his
3. the meeting protocol · the one 20 minute conversation, fully scripted
4. the five conversations · money, phones, time, parenting, intimacy
5. the automations · school emails and dates land on both calendars, birthdays handled
6. the partner guide · the only part he reads
7. the accountability layer · reminders live on his calendar, re-scores you at day 30
what it solved for me: every school date is on both our calendars before i’ve seen the email, the sunday briefing tells me which day a kid is home a week out, and the sick day decision got made once instead of at 11:40am with the nurse on the line.
comment OFFLOAD and the free automation comes straight to your dms, the full system is linked in my bio !!

i started using Agiloft at work, it’s AI contract software, and it has literally given me my nights back.
a year ago this window was me following up with legal for the 6th time about a contract that had been sitting in their queue for a month. now the AI identifies the red flags, makes the redlines, and routes the draft to whoever signs next. i open my phone and it says approved. and AI is not going to understand my client like i do, it’s not making the critical business decisions or the judgment calls, i make those. it just took the follow-up emails off my plate.
that contract closes in less than a week instead of three, and i’m out here at 5:01 pushing a swing.

for about a year i opened a new chat every time i wanted help with something, typed out my whole situation again, got something generic back, and corrected it until it was usable. every single time.
and what i was re-typing never changed. my hours, my kids' ages, who does pickup, what time i go to bed, the fact that i'm not doing anything after 8:30. it was the same paragraph, over and over, and i was writing it out like it was new information.
turns out the fix wasn't a better prompt. it was one file, pasted in once, about who's actually in my house, what my real hours look like, what we eat, and how i want to be answered. once i wrote that, every answer stopped guessing i was a stay-at-home parent with unlimited free time and a partner home by 5.
the 11 lines that stopped claude asking me the same questions every session (The Prompt Drop #14) one file about my hours, my kids and my bedtime, pasted in once, and it stopped guessing

comment OUTSOURCE and I’ll send you everything on hiring a VA, what it costs, how the agency works, and who i actually use.
i was on a work trip all last week for my 9-5 and this page did not skip a single post, which is the first time in four years i can say that. i’m a working mom of two w a full time corporate job and two kids in daycare, and it took us almost that long to build this list, so i need to say that part first!!
it started w subscribe and save on diapers and wipes and that was literally it for a long time. my husband and i added one at a time whenever we could budget for it, and a few of them are still free.
i worked with NexusPoint who i found my VA through. she’s the one yall ask me about the most, so what she actually does now (a LOT more than month one lol), what she costs, and exactly what the agency did so i never touched a resume are all in the post. and no, this is not a content creator thing, they place assistants, bookkeepers, customer service and social media people for anyone w a practice, a shop, a firm or a family business, and they work your hours.
all of it together is about 105 hours a month i’m not doing anymore, more than two full work weeks on top of my actual job, and i’m spending them on the floor w my kids instead of standing in the kitchen deciding things!!
if you want a specific one, DM me the word:
ORGANIZE for my organizer, she’s austin only
CLEAN for my cleaning lady
and my blue apron code lives on my website under discount codes
what would you hand off first if you could? i’m actually curious.
