She asked me what makeup she should buy.

My first question wasn’t, “What do you want to buy?”

It was, “What do you already have?”

Because sometimes you don’t need a whole new makeup bag. You need to understand why what you have isn’t working.

We started with her complexion. Her foundation wasn’t matching her skin, her concealer wasn’t doing what she needed it to do, and before we even THINK about eyeshadow, we’re fixing that first. 😂
