Literally anytime I left the house for the first few months after my first baby I’d see moms out with their older kids and feel utter shock that they’d been doing this this whole time and I had no idea?!?

Postpartum is truly a “can’t understand it until you’ve lived it” experience and I’m so happy I get to help me friends through it!!!

Our son hasn’t had a new bump in weeks and the 30+ he’s had for months have flattened to disappear and he hasn’t had any new ones in 3 weeks! Our daughter got 2 bumps total and they have not spread at all by using this method from day 1! Just by taking 5 minutes everyday to do this routine 🙌🏻

In the beginning: patches 24/7, at night you do dial antibacterial soap, iodine, then fresh patch.

Once they’ve stopped spreading: patches during day and any time around other kids/in public, at night you do soap, iodine, dab of tea tree oil, full pajamas that cover their skin fully and patches on anywhere that isn’t covered by clothes. You can keep using patches if you want!

Towels and clothes cannot be reused without proper washing or it will spread faster!!!!

I love being a mom and have appreciated all the special moments along the way but the ability to truly enjoy s**t didn’t return until my youngest was 3 🤷🏻‍♀️
