Often times clients have had a really bad experience with getting a trim. Often times a trim is not what is needed but a haircut is required instead. As a licensed professional I listen to my client and create a healthy hair plan to do the trims/cuts gradually. Everyone doesn’t want a big chop so here is my alternative. A trim should be done every 4-6 weeks routinely.
