100 classes ✨ Congratulations, Mallory!
Celebrating this milestone in Natarajasana, or Dancer’s Pose, feels pretty fitting. Named for Nataraja, the dancing form of Shiva, the pose asks for strength, balance, focus, openness and a willingness to keep reaching beyond where you’ve been before.
Physically, Dancer’s Pose strengthens the standing leg and core while opening the shoulders, chest and front of the hip. Mentally, it asks us to find steadiness while everything is still in motion.
A beautiful reminder of what a yoga practice becomes over time: showing up, finding your balance, falling out, coming back in, and continuing to grow.
We’re so grateful for every one of those 100 classes you’ve shared with us, Mallory. Here’s to the next 100. 🤍
