Confession: I NEVER liked cheesecake! 😂

That is, until my BWIA West Indies Airways baggage colleague, Karen, made one for me.

One bite.

ONE BITE.

And suddenly…this woman had me falling in love with cheesecake! 😋🍰

Years later, while working at the American Embassy, I was invited to a beautiful evening of cheesecake and wine with another coworker. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious, and that evening became another sweet memory I still treasure. 🥂❤️
