What does the situation of our county tells? Does it need more Degrees or more Wealths ?

MY OPINION IS;

To determine the specific situation of the county, more information is needed such as the current state of education, employment rates, income distribution, and the types of industries present in the area. However, based on the question, it seems that the focus is on the relationship between degrees and wealth.

In general, having more degrees (education) can lead to higher earning potential and increased opportunities for employment in certain fields. On the other hand, having more wealth can also provide access to better education and job opportunities. Therefore, it's difficult to say definitively whether the county needs more degrees or more wealth without knowing the specific context and current state of affairs.

It's possible that the county may benefit from a combination of both, such as investing in education and job training programs to increase the number of degree-holders while also working to create more wealth-generating industries and opportunities for local residents.
