Congratulations to Chef Mano Thevar and the entire team at Thevar on retaining Two MICHELIN Stars in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2026. It's been an honour for us to watch this story unfold through the years.

What began as a modest space in late 2018 has grown into one of Singapore's most celebrated dining destinations, built on a clear sense of identity.

Thevar earned its first MICHELIN Star in 2021, and has held Two MICHELIN Stars since 2022.

The kitchen keeps pushing forward while staying true to what it's always stood for, presenting the richness and soul of South Indian cuisine through a fresh, contemporary lens.

Third outlet, same Hong Kong soul. Keming Bing Sat has arrived in Tampines!

The viral cha chaan teng opened at Tampines 1 this August, bringing its authentic Hong Kong flavours within easy reach for diners in the east.

Look out for China’s No.1 Bestselling Char Siew Rice, the adorable Little Bear Ice Drinks and the addictive Happiness Lava Egg Waffles, alongside three new additions, the Beef Minced Rice with Poached Egg, the Trio Happiness Hong Kong Milk Tea and the Keming House-made Fresh Fruit Tea.

There is a daily treat too, with 15% off all à la carte items from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

We’ve been part of this journey since the very first opening at Plaza Singapura, and watching Keming Bing Sat grow from one outlet to three has been a real joy for all of us at Brand Cellar.

China’s No.1 Thai milk tea brand BlackTree (黑树) is making its first move beyond China, and Singapore is the destination!

Opening at 313@somerset this month, BlackTree brings its signature cheese milk Thai teas to Singapore, alongside a special collaboration with Matcha Wang’s Lily Lamb, featuring Lily Lamb Special Matcha No.1 and No.2, created exclusively for the Singapore launch and limited to 200 cups daily at one cup per customer.

From 29 August 2026, fans will also have the chance to meet Glenn Yong and Tasha Low as they take on One-Day Store Manager roles at BlackTree.

We’ve loved supporting the BlackTree team as they prepare for this exciting milestone, and can’t wait to see Singapore welcome a brand that has built such a strong following in China.
