Even free AI gives you basic answers and premium answers require monthly subscription. Nail service is the same - you get basic colours in “free” version, and you pay a premium for premium art work.

We had the most unfortunate and ridiculous encounter with a customer recently. It was also a first where we had a customer assume nail art is within basic service when we have always informed and provided quote. But when someone doesn’t want to pay all sorts of reasoning is bound to be said. She also wrote a very long review to justify herself. We are not here and have no time for this s**t so naturally she is never welcome back, nor do we expect her to return.

All customers who contacted us have always checked if nail art is an add-on or not. We appreciate open communication and common sense. We’ve had honest responses that we are out of budget and that is ok!

We do not offer student discount because if you can’t afford our regular price, you can’t afford our art and time, don’t waste a business and artist time for cheap deals.
