Important Update Regarding Your Order

We sincerely apologise as it looks like your order may not arrive in time for Raya.

As you may know, there are currently limited flights from the UAE due to the ongoing situation there. Although your items have already been packed and are ready to be shipped, cargo flights are prioritising perishable goods first, and at the moment there is only one flight per week coming into Singapore.

Because of these limitations, the shipment is taking longer than expected.

Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide you with updates. We truly hope the shipment will move out and reach us as soon as possible.

We kindly ask for your understanding and request that refunds are not requested at this moment, as this delay is unfortunately beyond our control.
