Kunden ovan har behandlats med totalt 6 ml filler, fördelat på haka, tear trough, nasolabialveck, marionettlinjer och området under kindbenen.

Kundens önskemål var ett fylligare och mindre insjunket intryck. Genom att behandla flera områden i ansiktet kan man skapa bättre balans, mjukare övergångar och ett mer harmoniskt helhetsintryck.

Området under kindbenen behandlas bland annat för att minska ihålighet och skuggor som kan få ansiktet att upplevas smalare eller mer magert.

Behandlingen anpassas alltid efter kundens anatomi, förutsättningar och önskemål.

The client above was treated with a total of 6 ml of filler, distributed across the chin, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and the area beneath the cheekbones.

The client wanted a fuller and less hollow appearance. By treating several areas of the face, we can create better balance, softer transitions and a more harmonious overall result.

The area beneath the cheekbones is treated, among other reasons, to reduce hollowness and shadows that can make the face appear slimmer or more sunken.

Every treatment is individually tailored to the client’s anatomy, features and desired result.

Små knölar på insidan av läppen efter en läppförstoring med hyaluronsyra är inte vanligt, men när det väl uppstår orsakas det i många fall av injektionstekniken. Om fillern placeras för ytligt, i fel anatomiskt skikt eller ojämnt fördelat, söker sig materialet lätt mot insidan av läppen där slemhinnan är tunn och vävnadsmotståndet lägst.

Andra orsaker kan vara:

Inkapsling där kroppen bildar en liten avgränsad reaktion kring materialet.

Naturlig anatomi, då spott- och talgkörtlar på insidan kan bli mer synliga när läppen spänns ut av volymen.

Om det rör sig om inkapslad eller felplacerad filler försvinner dessa knölar oftast inte av sig självt. För att få bort dem krävs oftast behandling med läkemedlet hyaluronidas som löser upp hyaluronsyran. Kontakta därför din behandlare för bedömning och korrigering.

Small bumps on the inside of the lip following hyaluronic acid lip augmentation are not common, but when they do occur, they are in many cases caused by injection technique. If the filler is placed too superficially, in the wrong anatomical layer, or unevenly distributed, the material easily migrates toward the inside of the lip where the mucosa is thin and tissue resistance is lowest.

Other causes may include:

Encapsulation, where the body forms a localized reaction around the material.

Natural anatomy, as salivary and sebaceous glands on the inside can become more visible when the lip is stretched by the added volume.

If the bumps are due to encapsulated or misplaced filler, they usually do not resolve on their own. Removing them typically requires treatment with hyaluronidase, a medication that dissolves hyaluronic acid. You should therefore contact your practitioner for an assessment and correction.

For this treatment, we worked with a client who had completely untouched lips. During our consultation, we discussed whether 0.5 ml would do the trick or if a full milliliter was needed. Since her lips had some natural asymmetry, we decided to go with 1 ml of Restylane Kysse to beautifully balance and correct the shape – and you know we love a good challenge!

The goal was a soft, natural-looking enhancement, which is exactly what Kysse does best.

Keep in mind: While the results are often amazing after just the first session, the lips are a highly mobile area. This means the filler can settle quickly, and the lips may initially want to revert slightly to their original shape. Because of this, a touch-up is sometimes needed to build a flawless, long-lasting foundation.

Här har vi behandlat en kund med helt obehandlade läppar sedan tidigare. Under vår konsultation diskuterade vi om det skulle räcka med 0,5 ml eller om vi behövde 1 ml. Eftersom kundens egna läppar hade naturlig asymmetri, landade vi i att använda 1 ml Restylane Kysse för att kunna korrigera formen – och vi älskar ju en utmaning!

Kunden önskade ett mjukt och naturligt resultat, vilket Kysse är helt fantastisk på att ge.

Tänk på: Många gånger blir resultatet fantastiskt redan efter första behandlingen. Men eftersom läpparna är ett rörligt område, vill de ibland gärna gå tillbaka lite mot sin ursprungliga form. Därför kan det ibland behövas en touch-up för att bygga upp ett hållbart resultat över tid.

Here is a client who first visited us at SQIN several years ago for a lip treatment. We enhanced her lips over three sessions, achieving a beautiful and natural result. A few years later, the client chose to visit another practitioner for one or two touch-ups, and over time, the lips unfortunately became a bit uneven.

It is, of course, completely fine to visit other practitioners if you wish to – there is absolutely nothing wrong with that! However, there is always a risk that things don't turn out quite as expected, which can happen with any practitioner.
In this case, we decided not to try and fix or even out the existing filler. Instead, we recommended dissolving all the old product completely to give us a fresh canvas to work on. The client naturally has very lovely lips but lacked a bit of volume after the removal. Therefore, we have now rebuilt them using 1 ml Revolax Deep.

Please note: All our after-photos are taken immediately following the procedure. Any swelling will subside within a few days.

Här ser ni en kund som för flera år sedan kom till oss på SQIN för att behandla sina läppar. Vi förstorade läpparna vid tre tillfällen, vilket gav ett jättefint och naturligt resultat. Några år senare valde kunden att gå till en annan behandlare för att göra en till två påfyllningar, och med tiden blev läpparna tyvärr lite ojämna.

Det är självklart helt okej att gå till andra behandlare om man önskar det – det är inget fel med det! Men ibland finns det en risk att det inte blir riktigt som man har tänkt sig, och det kan hända hos vilken behandlare som helst.
I det här fallet valde vi att inte försöka korrigera eller jämna ut det gamla resultatet. Istället rekommenderade vi att ta bort allt befintligt material för att kunna börja om på nytt. Kunden har naturligt väldigt fina läppar, men saknade lite volym efter borttagningen. Därför har vi nu byggt upp dem igen med 1 ml Revolax Deep.

Obs: Alla våra efterbilder tas direkt efter behandlingen. Eventuell svullnad lägger sig inom några dagar.
