🥜 Peanut butter and jam aren't "good" or "bad"—they're simply different.
🥜 Peanut Butter ✅ Provides protein and healthy fats
✅ Usually keeps you fuller for longer
⚠️ Because it's energy-dense, portion size still matters.
🍓 Jam ✅ Adds sweetness and fruit flavor
⚠️ Many jams contain added sugar and very little protein or fiber.
💚 The better choice depends on your goal. If you want a snack that keeps you satisfied for longer, peanut butter may be a better option. If you're using jam, enjoy it in moderation as part of a balanced meal.

☕ Need an energy boost? Here's the difference...
☕ Coffee ✔️ Naturally contains caffeine. ✔️ Black coffee is usually low in calories and contains no added sugar. ✔️ It's also a source of naturally occurring antioxidants.
⚡ Energy Drinks ✔️ Can provide a quick energy boost. ⚠️ Many contain added sugar (though sugar-free versions also exist). ⚠️ Some products contain high amounts of caffeine and other stimulants, so it's important to check the label and consume them in moderation.
💚 Dietitian's Tip:
If you're choosing between the two, plain coffee is often the simpler choice for many adults who tolerate caffeine well. The best option depends on your health, caffeine tolerance, and what else you're consuming throughout the day.

🍞 Just because it's brown doesn't always mean it's whole wheat.
Many breads are colored brown, but that doesn't automatically make them whole grain.
💡 Instead of judging by color, check the ingredient list.
If whole wheat flour is listed near the top, it's generally a better sign than relying on the bread's color alone.
👀 Have you ever checked the ingredients before buying bread?

🎒 Busy all day? Don't let hunger decide your food choices.
Keeping a few simple foods with you can make it easier to stay energized and avoid relying only on fast food or sugary snacks.
Here are some easy options: 🥜 A handful of nuts 🍎 Seasonal fruit 🥚 Boiled eggs 🫘 Roasted chickpeas 🥪 Whole wheat sandwich 🥣 Plain yogurt (if you can keep it cool) 💧 A reusable water bottle
💡 Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, or simply eating better, planning ahead makes a big difference. The portions and combinations can change depending on your goal, but these foods are practical choices for many people.

🥤 Fresh juice isn't "bad"—but it's not the same as eating whole fruit.
🍊 Whole fruit usually keeps you fuller because it naturally contains more fiber.
🥤 Fresh juice can still provide vitamins, but it's easier to drink quickly and usually contains much less fiber than the whole fruit.
💚 My tip: Enjoy whole fruit most days, and have fresh juice occasionally instead of using it as a replacement.

💸 Healthy eating doesn't have to be expensive.
If I had only Rs.1000, I'd prioritize foods that give me the most nutrition for my money:
🥚 Eggs – affordable, high-quality protein
🫘 Daal & chickpeas – protein + fiber
🥣 Oats – filling and versatile
🥛 Plain yogurt – a source of protein and calcium
🍌 Bananas – budget-friendly fruit
🥬 Seasonal vegetables – choose what's in season for better value
🥜 Peanuts – affordable healthy fats and protein
✨ Eating healthy is less about buying "superfoods" and more about making smart choices with your budget.
💬 Comment "BUDGET" if you'd like a Rs.3000 healthy grocery list.

🌿 Your gut thrives on fiber—but many people don't get enough.

Here are 5 signs your diet may need more fiber:

1️⃣ You often feel constipated.
2️⃣ You get hungry soon after meals.
3️⃣ Fruits and vegetables are missing from your plate.
4️⃣ Most of your meals are made with refined grains instead of whole foods.
5️⃣ You're not eating enough fiber-rich foods like beans, lentils, oats, fruits, and vegetables.

Small changes—like adding one extra serving of fruit, vegetables, or legumes each day—can make a difference over time.

💬 Comment "FIBER" and I'll send you a simple list of high-fiber foods.
