جب پتھری ureter میں پھنس جائے، یعنی گردے اور مثانے کے درمیان والی نالی میں
- عام طور پر 1.5 cm سے چھوٹی پتھری کے لیے
- جب دوائی سے پتھری نہ نکلے یا بہت درد ہو
اکثر ڈاکٹر عارضی طور پر ureter میں stent ڈال دیتے ہیں تاکہ سوجن سے نالی بند نہ ہو۔ یہ1-2 ہفتے بعد نکال دیا
جاتا ہے
