# ✂️ **MY STORY AS A BARBER**
# # # *From the Beginning to My Own Barbershop*

If I tell the story of my life as a barber, I have to go back to where everything began.

It started **at home**, with a pair of scissors in a cabinet.

Before I started cutting hair, **two of my siblings were already doing it**. I watched them cutting hair, and eventually, I became interested and decided to try it myself.

My first clients were my **siblings and friends**. I cut their hair for free. At that time, I was still learning. I didn't have formal training or years of experience. I simply learned by practicing.

Not every haircut was perfect. I made mistakes, but I learned from every one of them. Every haircut helped me improve my technique, my confidence, and my understanding of the craft.

As time went by, I began to enjoy barbering more and more.

# # 💈 **LEAVING HOME TO LEARN MORE**

I knew that if I wanted to become better, I couldn't stay at home and practice forever. I needed to experience the real world of barbering.

So I started **working in different barbershops and salons**.

Those experiences became an important part of my journey.

Every shop was different. I met different barbers, different customers, and learned different techniques and styles. I experienced difficult days, tiring days, and moments when I made mistakes.

But I kept going.

**Every mistake became a lesson. Every workplace became part of my training. Every customer helped me grow.**

Over time, I became more confident and developed my own skills and style as a barber.

# # ✂️ **23 YEARS OF BARBERING**

Today, I have been a barber for **23 years**.

When I look back at where I started, I sometimes find it hard to believe how far I have come.

What began at home slowly became my profession, my livelihood, and a major part of my identity.

But barbering gave me much more than a career.

It gave me the opportunity to meet people I never imagined I would meet.

# # ⭐ **MY CELEBRITY CLIENTS**

Through barbering, I have had the privilege of meeting and serving **celebrities, politicians, businessmen, and even billionaires**philanthropist —people I once thought were far beyond my reach.

My work eventually led me to celebrity clients such as **Rayver CruzRodjun CruzEA Guzman@marcoalcaraz, Top Suzara of Freestyle**.and The Department of Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel.

Since **2016**, I have been grateful for the trust that my celebrity clients have given me. What makes me proud is not simply that they are famous, but that they have continued to trust **my hands and my scissors**.

For me, that trust is priceless.

Anyone can become a client once. But when someone continues to come back to you for years, it means you have earned something much more important than money—**trust and respect.**

# # 🌟 **MY SCISSORS BECAME MY BRIDGE**

One of the biggest lessons I have learned is that **your skills can take you places you never imagined.**

I never thought that the same scissors I started using at home would eventually become my connection to people from completely different worlds.

My scissors and clippers became more than tools.

**They became my bridge to people, opportunities, friendships, and experiences that I never imagined I would have.**

I learned that you don't have to be rich or famous to be in the same room with successful people.

Sometimes, you just need a skill—and the determination to keep improving it.

For me, that skill was barbering.

# # 🏆 **FROM WORKING FOR OTHERS TO OWNING MY OWN BARBERSHOP**

After years of working in different barbershops and salons, gaining experience and building my confidence, I eventually reached another important chapter in my life.

I opened **my own barbershop**.

Today, my barbershop is approaching its **fourth year**.

When I look at where I started, the journey feels incredible.

**From home...**

**From cutting my siblings' and friends' hair for free...**

**From working in different barbershops and salons...**

**To serving celebrities and people from different walks of life...**

**And finally, to owning my own barbershop.**

It wasn't an overnight success.

It was built through **23 years of experience, hard work, patience, mistakes, learning, and the trust of my clients.**

# # ❤️ **WHAT BARBERING HAS TAUGHT ME**

After 23 years, I have learned that being a barber is about much more than cutting hair.

It is about **people**.

It is about listening.

It is about trust.

It is about making someone feel confident.

And it is about constantly improving your craft.

I am grateful to everyone who became part of my journey—from my siblings and friends who trusted me when I was just starting, to the people I worked with in different barbershops and salons, and to every client who continues to support my work.
