In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Sebastinian Psychology Society proudly hosted a meaningful and empowering seminar entitled “Fostering Leadership and Empowering Individuals Through Gender Sensitivity,” in collaboration with the Sebastinian Tourism Organization and the Sebastinian Peer Facilitators. The event gathered students and participants from different programs, creating a space for open dialogue, shared experiences, and a deeper understanding of gender sensitivity and inclusive leadership.

The seminar was graced by guest speaker Dr. Gina A. Opiniano, who shared valuable insights and expertise that inspired participants to become more aware, empathetic, and empowered in their respective communities. Through engaging discussions and active participation, the event highlighted the importance of fostering leadership that promotes equality, respect, and inclusivity.

Held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Fr. Domingo Carcellar, OAR (Little Theater), the seminar served as a meaningful celebration of National Women’s Month and a reminder of the collective role in building a more inclusive society.
