This Cheesy Beef Pita Wrap is crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and loaded with fresh veggies. So easy, so satisfying!
Ingredients:
• Pita bread
• Ground beef
• Garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• Mozzarella cheese
• Shredded cabbage
• Diced tomatoes
• Sliced onions
• Mayo + sriracha (mixed for the dressing)
Instructions:
1. Season the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread it evenly over one half of the pita.
2. Place the pita beef-side down in a lightly oiled pan and cook over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked.
3. Flip the pita over, add mozzarella cheese on top of the cooked beef, fold the pita in half, then cover with a lid until the cheese melts and the pita turns golden and crispy.
4. Open the pita and fill it with cabbage, tomatoes, and onions.
5. Drizzle with the mayo-sriracha dressing and enjoy!
