Hindi mo kailangan ng motivation
Kailangan mo ay consistency sa fitness

Tama ka—motivation is unreliable, pero consistency ang talagang nagdadala ng results.

Motivation comes and goes. May araw na ganado ka, may araw na wala. Pero kung naka-set na sa routine mo ang workout—kahit hindi ka motivated, gagawin mo pa rin.

Mas practical isipin:
Consistency > Motivation

Kahit 20–30 minutes lang na workout, basta ginagawa mo regularly, mas malaki epekto kaysa sa 2 hours na once a week lang.

Kung gusto mo mas tumagal yung consistency mo:

Keep it simple (wag overcomplicate)

Set a fixed schedule (parang appointment mo sa sarili mo)

Show up kahit hindi perfect ang energy

Discipline builds the body. Consistency keeps it.

Year 2022—ang daming nangyari.
I went through heartbreak in family and friendships. I was lost, stressed, and I turned to food thinking it would help me escape everything.
But instead, it affected my health. I got sick… a lot.

Until one day, I realized—

I had to get up from that dark place.
Not just emotionally, but physically.

I started cutting ties with toxic people.
I chose peace. I chose myself.
