Thank you to all our clients, vendors, team, and supporters who have been part of our journey. Our hearts are full.

Story time...

Last September 3, 2016, we opened the doors to our very first kiosk. It was a simple beginning, with a dynamic team and a lot of heart. We started with natural hair care products, and that kiosk began to thrive as we helped people with their hair concerns through a more natural approach—bringing back not just healthier hair, but also their confidence. It became the humble start of our journey.

Like so many local businesses, the challenges of the pandemic in 2020 forced us to dig deep. Those years were incredibly challenging for all of us, but looking back, we would still make the exact same decision to push forward and trust the process. That pivotal time prompted us to shift, expand our product variety, and focus more on well-being—helping us bounce back and laying the quiet groundwork for what was to come.

By 2022, we updated our kiosk with new sintraboards and introduced the Simple & Whole name and brand identity. To our very first clients who continued to visit us at that kiosk—your quiet, steady support during those years gave us the heart to keep going and the courage to dream and share something bigger.

We were blessed with an incredible turning point on July 17, 2023, when we finally opened the doors to our warm and safe space—our Simple & Whole flagship, full-scale physical shop. It was pouring with rain early that day and school classes were even suspended across the city. We were nervous, but we pushed through with the opening anyway. We were filled with gratitude that so many came out to support us and discover our new home. That was the moment Simple & Whole, our homegrown Ilonggo brand, firmly planted its roots.

Over the years, we've listened closely to your stories. So many of you have shared how difficult it used to be to find the right fit for your health, and how much it meant to finally have a dedicated, reliable space that does the mindful work of curating honest wellness products for all.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saying that—it truly means the world to us. Hearing your real needs and experiences is what keeps us inspired and resilient.

Today, in 2026, we are incredibly blessed to have that thriving storefront alongside our growing presence in the digital space. We have been taking steps into e-commerce through platforms like Shopee and Lazada, continuing to learn and explore how we can bring thoughtfully curated wellness goods and more local brands to Ilonggos and customers beyond Iloilo.

Whether you walk through our doors to chat in person, discover us online, or trust us to hand-pack your daily wellness essentials across the miles, you have helped us build something truly special. From our very first kiosk visitors last 2016 to those who celebrated our opening day in 2023, and everyone who just found us today—you carried us through our quiet beginnings and lifted us into the brand we are now.

While the trends and wellness fads around us have changed over the last decade, our identity has stayed true to itself. We have multiplied our variety to better serve your journeys, but we have never compromised on bringing you mindful, honest choices. We are still driven by the same spark that started it all: a quiet mission to inspire people toward balanced wellness—believing that small, everyday upgrades can make a meaningful difference in living a healthier lifestyle.

Behind the scenes of this decade-long journey is a dedicated team that has poured immense love into this mission. To celebrate this milestone and thank our whole team, we gathered for a simple dinner with our core team and friends. In that same venue, we took a meaningful moment to honor and recognize our long-term team members who have stood by us through thick and thin, sharing this vision and serving you every single day.

Looking back at the hurdles we’ve crossed makes us incredibly humble. Looking forward, we are grateful for the path we've built together, and we are excited to keep learning, keep sharing, and keep growing alongside you.
