Innaa Lillaahi wa innaa Ilaihi raaji'oon. I'm typing this as tears swiftly roll down my cheeks and humbly request everyone to please include sister Jennifer Paulino in your Du'as as her soul returned to Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala just a few hours ago or very recently. We used to chat with each other whenever we found the chance although we're not that close. I didn't even check up on her these days because of how busy I was with lots of tasks and got so stressed with my accounts being blocked or hacked now and then. One tip: we should reduce the number of messages we send others and lessen the times we post I guess to avoid being detected by some AI bots assuming we're spammers when we're just trying to network with others.

May Allah the Almighty have mercy on dear sister Jennifer, forgive her sins, brighten her barzakh, widen her grave, keep her at peace and protect her from the punishment of both worlds and allow us to meet in Jannatul Ferdaus with Allah's Mercy and make her among the successful believers who did their best to encourage other Muslims to continue patiently learning more about Islam and the right 'Aqeedah. Ameen.

Life is so short. Let go of grudges. Even if there are some users whom we have blocked due to not wanting to do anything with their negativity or because being in their presence makes us uneasy much of the time for whatever reasons, if ever we encounter them in real life, we should still maintain good character and exchange salaams for Allah's sake. Boycott bullying, backbiting and being oppressive.

Include sister Jennifer in your Du'as. She was a loving sister in Islam who was very passionate about sharing Google Meet links on her group chats inviting different speakers and lecturers to generously share some Islamic knowledge so our faith Imaan levels can Inn-sha-Allah be strengthened.

Next week Inn-sha-Allah join us at ElBajada Suites for the upcoming women's conference with Al-Qur'an Academy International School anytime from around 2 PM to 6 PM.

Bismillah. Universal Islamic Center Inc. (UIC), in partnership with Wisdom Islamic School, is honored to launch a monthly Islamic lecture series for the Davao Muslim community, In sha Allah.

As part of UIC's continuing advocacy for Islamic education, values, and community development, this series aims to strengthen our community's spiritual growth and shared knowledge — In sha Allah, a step toward the excellence in belief and service that UIC stands for.

🕌 Series Title: Islamic Short Course
🗓️ Schedule: Every 3rd Saturday of the month | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Venue: Universal Halal Hub Inc. Office, Unit E, Magradeco Bldg., Corner Pelayo & Pichon St., Davao City
🎙️ Lecturer: Ustadh AbdurRahman Mababaya (Head Supervisor of Wisdom Islamic School)
