The BEPE proudly takes part in the celebration of FACETS: The Diamond Jubilee, marking 75 years of touching lives, serving communities, and shaping generations of Lasallians. ๐โจ
It is truly an honor for our BEPE students to perform on this historic occasion, showcasing not only their talent and creativity but also the spirit, culture, and pride of the Lasallian community.
Proud to represent BEPE in this milestone celebration. Animo La Salle! Animo BEPE!

Congratulations to our very own Kate Louise G. Pabiania of BEPE 4A, together with her fellow Lasallian Pre-Service Teachers, as they embark on their international internship in Thailand. ๐ต๐ญโ๏ธ๐น๐ญ
May this journey open doors to new cultures, global perspectives, and meaningful teaching experiences. Go beyond borders, embrace every opportunity, and carry the Lasallian spirit wherever you go!
Safe travels, Kate! Your BEPE family is proud of you. Animo! ๐
A little something to keep the energy alive while everyone enjoys dinner. ๐โจ

Origin: It comes from the province of Batangas in the Tagalog Region of the Philippines. The dance reflects the adaptation of European polka traditions into Filipino village celebrations.
2. Dos Amigos

PE majors stepped into a bigger role today not just as performers, but as teachers, facilitators, and cultural ambassadors. ๐ต๐ญ๐ฏ๐ต๐
With only two hours to teach, they guided the University of Tsukuba students through Philippine folk dance, helping them learn the steps, understand the rhythm, and experience the joy behind our traditions. The students were grouped into three teams, each preparing a dance that was later showcased during the Barrio Fiesta facilitated by CLIA.
What made the experience special was not simply seeing the final performances, but witnessing our PE majors lead, adjust, encourage, demonstrate, and teach across cultures in such a short amount of time. It was a true reflection of what Physical Education can be movement with purpose, teaching through experience, and culture brought to life.
Thank you, CLIA and USLSโCollege of Education, for trusting our PE majors with this meaningful opportunity. Experiences like this allow them to grow beyond the classroom and show what future PE educators can do when given the chance to lead. โจ
Two hours. Three groups. One shared celebration of Filipino culture through dance. ๐ต๐ญ๐
Future PE teachers doing what they do best moving, competing, cheering, and making every game 10x more intense than it needs to be. ๐๐
