The Southern Highlands Provincial Government Human Resource Management (SHPG-HRM) team today completed the Public Servants Data Cleaning and Digital Worker Registration Interview Questionnaire exercise at the Ialibu District Office, covering public servants from Kagua-Erave District.

The exercise was part of the province-wide initiative to verify, update and digitally register public servants' employment information.

Team Leader Nathan Iropu, Personal Manager – Southern Highlands Provincial Government, expressed his appreciation to the public servants and relevant officials for their cooperation and support throughout the exercise.

The completion of the exercise in Kagua-Erave marks another step in the ongoing HRM data-cleaning and Digital Worker Registration process across Southern Highlands Province.

We came to Ialibu for work, but spending my free time with these boys exploring Ialibu Station has been an awesome experience.

Having visited and observed other District Headquarters in Southern Highlands Province, I can say that Ialibu-Pangia has impressed me. I have seen tangible development taking place, with improvements and activities that are visible on the ground.

It’s encouraging to see Ialibu Station growing and developing. Sometimes, taking time to explore a place gives you a different perspective beyond the work you came for.

The Southern Highlands Provincial Human Resource Management (HRM) team has successfully completed the Public Servants Data Cleaning and Digital Worker Registration Interview Questionnaire exercise at the Ialibu District Office for Ialibu-Pangia District.

The team was led by Nathan Iropu, Personal Manager – Southern Highlands Provincial Government, and Philip Kera, Staff Development Manager.

The exercise was conducted in accordance with a circular issued by the Department of Personnel Management (DPM).

During the exercise, the HRM team worked with public servants to verify, update and digitally register their employment information as part of the province-wide HRM data-cleaning and digital registration exercise.

Public servants in Ialibu-Pangia District participated in the registration and interview process, providing the necessary information to support the HRM data-cleaning exercise.

The Southern Highlands Provincial HRM Division thanked the District Administration and public servants for their cooperation and support during the exercise.

Following the completion of the Ialibu-Pangia exercise, the HRM team will proceed to other scheduled districts as the province-wide data-cleaning and Digital Worker Registration exercise continues.
