I’m grateful to share: For almost 4 years now, since 2022, through "BE THE 4% training" applying it, and seeing God’s faithfulness, we’ve grown. To God be the glory.

He’s helped us overcome a major hurdle — the manual side of things like the 5 baskets is now scalable.

Too many of us treat our 9-to-5 like it’s a secular zone where our faith doesn't matter, but there is no such thing as secular work for a Christian. It's all spiritual.

Every email you send, every customer you assist, and every meeting you partake in is an act of worship (1 Cor. 10:31). When we show up late, complain about our circumstances (of course bringing up real workplace issues is important and isn't complaining), or do the bare minimum, we are actually hurting the reputation of the gospel.

The Bible tells us that whatever we do, we are to work at it with all our heart, as working for the Lord rather than for men (Col. 3:23). This means that our real Boss isn't the person sitting in the corner office.

Because we serve a God of excellence and order, our work should reflect that same excellence. We don't work hard to earn God's love, but because he has already given us a new nature that desires to honor him (Eph. 2:10).

Your coworkers might never pick up a Bible, but they are reading your life every single day. When you serve with a smile and go the extra mile (which Jesus literally told us to do in Matt. 5:41), you are showing them the character of Jesus. Our job performance is one of the loudest testimonies we have.

How can you specifically honor God in your workplace or your daily tasks this week?

1. Arriving early or starting on time
2. Refusing to join in on workplace gossip
3. Doing your best work, even when no one is watching

Refinement is never wasted. Every hidden battle, every act of obedience, every moment where you chose to stay faithful when it would have been easier to step back—it was forming something in you that acceleration requires.
Acceleration without preparation crushes people.
Acceleration after preparation establishes them.
You are not stepping into something fragile. You are stepping into something you now have the strength to carry.
This is the season where what was formed in private begins to move in public.

I came across a video of a woman cleaning her house and she said something that really stuck with me: “Take care of what God has already placed in your hands, so He knows you’re ready for what’s next. If you don’t steward what you have now, you can’t expect more.” And that hit. Wherever you are in life right now — the small business, house, the job you’re still growing in, the season you didn’t plan for — honor it. Be responsible with it. Be grateful for it.
