This is more than just an entry for me,it is an opportunity to grow, learn, and take a step closer to the vision I have for my brand.

I am currently a student and a professional braider, building Mara Hair Culture while navigating school and entrepreneurship at the same time.

I do not have a physical salon yet. I currently operate as a mobile braider, serving clients from their homes while gradually building the foundation for the bigger vision I have for my brand.

Participating in the Lush Pink My Salon Challenge is therefore very meaningful to me. I see it as an opportunity to gain experience, exposure, knowledge, and practical insight from an established beauty brand.

But my vision goes beyond simply owning a salon.

One of the things I have always wished to do is train and empower aspiring hairstylists, especially young people who have the desire to learn a skill and become financially independent. I believe that creating opportunities for people to acquire practical skills can contribute to stronger families, more employment opportunities, and a more productive society.

My dream is to build Mara Hair Culture into a brand that not only provides quality beauty services, but also creates room for learning, employment, mentorship, and growth.

I may not have a salon yet, and I am still a student, but I have a vision, a passion for my craft, and the determination to keep building.
