Cutting of cake after project is a must! Especially when you spend days working on the cake, you want to know if and how long your it can stay fresh, if it’s perfect for consumption without preservatives, if and how the weather and environment contributes to the texture and lots more. But trust me, our students take home about 90% of their work, the remaining 10% is shared amongst people around to celebrate them.
