PLEASE DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE OR YOUR BABY'S LIFE (HOME DELIVERY IS D@NGEROUS)

Giving birth is natural, but childbirth can become an emergency very quickly.

A woman may be progressing normally and suddenly develop a life-threatening complication.

For example:
πŸ”΄ Severe bleeding after delivery
πŸ”΄ Placenta failing to come out completely
πŸ”΄ Baby becoming distressed
πŸ”΄ Prolonged or obstructed labour
πŸ”΄ Seizures or dangerously high blood pressure
πŸ”΄ Need for an emergency C-section

The d@ngerous part is that you may not know these complications are coming until they'll happen.

In a properly equipped health facility, trained healthcare professionals can monitor both mother and baby and respond quickly when complications occur.

Please don't wait until something goes wrong before seeking help.

Your life matters. Your baby's life matters. Don't make childbirth a situation where help is too far away when every minute counts.

If you're pregnant, discuss your birth plan with a qualified healthcare professional and know where you will go when labour starts.

Second Trimester 14-27weeks symptoms you may experience

14/08/2026

first trimester is generally week 1-13
Here’s an easy way to understand what happens:

Weeks 1–2 β€” Preparing for pregnancy
Pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last menstrual period. Ovulation and conception
usually occurs around the end of this period.

Week 3 β€” Conception
Fertilization usually occurs, and the fertilized egg begins moving toward the uterus.

Week 4 β€” Implantation
The developing embryo may implant in the lining of the uterus. A pregnancy test may begin detecting hCG.

Week 5 β€” Early development
The embryo is developing rapidly, and early structures that will become the brain, spinal cord, heart, and other organs begin forming.

Week 6 β€” Major development begins
Early heart activity may be detectable on ultrasound, although timing varies. The neural tube and early facial structures continue developing.

Week 7 β€” Rapid growth
The brain and other organs continue developing, and the beginnings of the arms and legs become more defined.

Week 8 β€” Baby is developing quickly
Facial features, fingers, toes, and major organs continue developing. Pregnancy symptoms may become more noticeable.

Weeks 9–10 β€” Rapid growth continues
The embryo is transitioning into the fetal stage. Major organs continue developing and maturing.

Weeks 11–12 β€” Fetal development
The baby continues growing, with increasingly recognizable body features and movement developing.

Week 13 β€” End of the first trimester
You're approaching the second trimester. The baby's organs and body structures continue to mature, while many early pregnancy symptoms may begin improving for some women.
